DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS

The Development Plan proposals involve improvements to pedestrian, vehicle and circulation patterns, the addition of new structures, the removal of redundant buildings, the creation of a wetland, new planting, the creation of facilities for new activities and the enhancement and stabilisation of the sand dunes.
