Purpose:

Major loans available to non-profit community based organisations and clubs for improving or developing new or existing facilities.

Range of assistance:

$25,000 - $250,000 - 5 year low interest 50% of 90 day bank bill rate at time of uplifting loan

Date/decision applications close:

Applications are considered by the Community Development Committee four times a year.

Total available per year:

$500,000 available but when all funds allocated limited to $100,000 per annum (repayments).
