Organisations and individuals who request copies of the Council and Standing Committee agendas on a regular basis will be charged a fee of $25.00 per copy.

NB:  This shall not apply to the media, Aoraki Polytechnic Journalism School, and the Chairperson of the Southern Area Committee of the Canterbury Regional Council.
