Creating A Digital Future for All New Zealanders May 2005 the government launched the New Zealand Digital Strategy with the aim of helping New Zealanders to use information and communications technology (ICT) to enhance all aspects of our lives. The strategy includes the allocation of funding towards increasing access to national knowledge resources and ensuring all New Zealanders are equipped with the skills and confidence required to find and use the information they need.
