The Timaru District’s critical roading infrastructure projects are forecasted to grow significantly over the next 10 years. Roads are the arteries of our community and we are looking for an individual to support the coordination and delivery of our transport projects!

If you’ve got a flair for coordinating a number of competing priorities, our ambitious projects need you! We are looking for a proactive individual to assist with the delivery of our transport programme.

As the Programme Coordinator, you will work alongside multiple project managers on roading initiatives and ensure outstanding project outcomes for our community. You will engage with a range of stakeholders and drive follow-up to ensure success is delivered on time, every time.

You will need to have a critical mind that can maintain project plans and contract data, while crafting communication material for multiple audiences. This role is suited to an individual with experience in project administration and contractor liaison.
