Road Closure: Extension Rolling Ridges Road, Timaru

Where: The bridge on Rolling Ridges Road, near the Levels Valley Road intersection.

When: Due to a change in design, this road closure will now be in place until Friday, July 25, 2025.

Why: To replace the Rolling Ridges bridge deck.

Additional information/Disruption: The road will be closed for the duration of the work. Detour routes will be put in place to guide road users around the site. Delays up to 10 minutes are to be expected.

Road Closure Springfield Road, Temuka

Where:  Springfield Road from Factory Road to McNair Road

When: Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm (one day)

Why: Alpine Energy pole and wire replacements

Additional information/Disruption: Access will be maintained for residents. There is no guarantee that emergency services will be able to get through the site as fast as they would like. Emergency services should please follow the detours signposted.
