Road Closure Woodlands Road, Timaru

Where: Woodlands Road between North Street and Otipua Road.

When: The closure will be in place from 6:00 am on Monday November 24, to Friday, November 28.

Why: Pavement repairs and resealing

Road Closure Browne Street, Timaru

Where: Browne Street from Victoria Street to #26 Browne Street.

When: The closure will be in place from 6:00 am on Monday 24 November, to approximately 6:00 pm on Wednesday November 27.

Why: Service connections to a new build

Road Closure Kotuku Place, Clandeboye

Where: Kotuku Place from Rolleston Road to Canal Road.

When: The closure will be in place during the day from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday November 24 to Thursday November 27.

Why: Alpine Energy Power Upgrades

Road Closure Lancaster Street, Geraldine

Where: Lancaster Street between Maling Street and Connolly Street, Geraldine.

When: The closure will be in place during the day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday November 26 and Thursday November 27

Why:  Water services repairs

Road Closure Grants Road, Timaru

Where: Grants Road from Evans Street to approximately #16 Grants Road.

When: The closure will be in place from Thursday November 27, to approximately Saturday February 28 2026.

Why: Stage Two: Taitarakihi Culvert Replacement

One Way System Sophia Street, Timaru

Where: Sophia Street from Canon Street to Theodosia Street.

When: Exiting Sophia Street to State Highway 1 will be closed at night from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am from Sunday November 30 to Friday December 5.

Exit from State Highway 1 to Sophia Street will be maintained.

Why: NZTA traffic signal upgrades
