Additional information/Disruption: Parade shifts to the footpath from Perth Street to Church Street

Road Closure: Wood Street and King Street, Temuka

Where:

• Wood Street, Temuka, from Vine Street to Hally Terrace
• King Street, Temuka, from Commerce Street to Dyson Street.

When: From 7.00 pm to 6.00 am Monday, October 19 2026 to Tuesday, October 20 2026

Why: Mill and Mix pavement repair.

Road Closure: Oakwood Road, Timaru (Revised Dates)

Where: Oakwood Road outside # 103 and # 106.

When: Daily closure between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Thursday, 22 October 2026 to Friday, 23 October 2026.

Why: Power duct installation.

Lane Closure: Meadows Road, Timaru (Revised Dates)

Where: Meadows Road from Elginshire Street to Milwood Street

When: From 07.00 am Tuesday, October 20 2026 to 05.00 pm Monday, November 30 2026

Why: Installation of electrical ducting as part of a wider network upgrade

Road Closure: Wilson Street, Geraldine

Where: Wilson Street, Geraldine, from Talbot Street to the cul-de-sac.

When: Nightly Closures from 06.00 pm to 06.00 am, Sunday, October 18 2026 to Monday, October 19 2026

Why: Mill and Mix pavement repair.

Road Closure: Prattley Road, Milford (Revised Dates)

Where: Prattley Road from Milford Lagoon Road to Toner Road

When: From 7.00 am Wednesday, September 30 2026 to 6.00 pm Friday, October 23 2026

Why: To replace a culvert

Road Closure: The Terrace, Timaru

Where: The Terrace, from #2 The Terrace to Strathallan Street, Timaru

When: Nightly closure from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am, Tuesday, October 20 2026 to Thursday, October 22 2026.

Why: Repair cable fault

Road Closure: Harrison Road, Timaru (Revised Dates)

Where: Harrison Road from #32 Harrison Road to Cripps Road

When: From 7.00 am Thursday, October 01 2026 to 6.00 pm Thursday, November 05 2026

Why: Culvert renewal

Road Closure: Virtue Avenue & Caroline Bay Carpark

Where: From the Te Weka Street Intersection to the end of the road

When: From 7.00 am to 8.00 pm on Wednesday, October 21 2026 & Thursday, October 22 2026

Why: Mill and mix of road surface

Additional information/Disruption:

• Residents will have access; however, there might be delays of 10 minutes.
• Temporary traffic light controlled access into Te Weka Street
