The grounds on which part of the Council or Committee may be closed to the public are listed in s48(1)(a)(i) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

Sub-clause and Reason:

s7(2)(b)(ii) and s7(2)(j) - The withholding of the information is necessary to protect information where the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information and The withholding of the information is necessary to prevent the disclosure or use of official information for improper gain or improper advantage
