Three Waters

Only approved contractors are allowed to undertake work on Timaru District Council three water assets. This includes:

Water

• Urban water supply connections
• Mains to mains water connections
• New Public water mains (to be vested in Council)
• Rural water supply connections
• Council water race diversion/alteration

Sewer

• Public gravity sewer connections
• Mains to mains sewer connections
• New public sewer mains (to be vested to Council)
• Public pressurised sewer connections (incl Arowhenua)

Stormwater

• Public stormwater connections
• Mains to stormwater connections
• New public stormwater mains (to be vested to Council)

Apply to be an approved three waters contractor

• Ensure you are already registered to meet Timaru District Council Health and Safety requirements. To undertake this registration contact Rouvierre.Hattingh@timdc.govt.nz
