Making a Submission

The RMA allows you to make a submission on a publicly notified resource consent application if you think it will affect you in some way. Your submission must be submitted to Council on the appropriate form before the closing date and time on the notification advertisement (Submission form for a publicly notified resource consent application (Form 13). A copy of your submission must also be sent to the applicant.
