Timaru District Council has received a resource consent application from Yedo Investments Limited for Subdivision and Land Use consent.

Site Location: 44 Gresham Street, Geraldine 7930

Description of Application:

The application is for subdivision and land use consent to subdivide the site into 25 rural-residential allotments, the density breach against what is permitted for the Rural 4A Zone, a non-compliant new road, establish building platforms for each of the new allotments, and non-compliant entry signs. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects, which is contained in the notification documents. Click the links below to view.

You may make a submission on the application by delivering a written or electronic submission to Timaru District Council at 2 King George Place, PO Box 522, Timaru, or email planningconsents@timdc.govt.nz.  The submission must be on the Form 13 template.  A link to the form is provided above. Copies of this form are also available from the Timaru District Council.

The statutory time period for submissions closes on 29 January 2026.

You must serve a copy of your submission to the Applicant’s Agent, Mr Mark Geddes (Perspective), whose address for service is mark@perspective.net.nz as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on Timaru District Council.
