Hearing I - Natural Hazards Further Submissions

Further submission was recently called between 17 July 2025 and 1 August 2025 on a SoDR Addendum regarding a revised Flood Assessment Area map. Details of the notification can be viewed at: www.timaru.govt.nz/FloodMap.
Procedural details for Hearing I and for the supplication of evidence can be found within Minutes 6, 13 & 38 from the Hearings Panel and the Hearing Notice below:
Please note that additional time has been allowed for Hearing I Further Submitters to advise if they wish to attend Hearing I subject to evidence to be filed by Canterbury Regional Council. Accordingly, the Hearing Schedule will now be published on 19 September 2025.

Hearing Details
