Please note that an explanation of the  different colours highlighting  amendments to the provisions included  in Appendix 3 are set out below:

Green =  Panel changes
Blue =  MInor changes that fall under Schedule 1, Clause 16(2)
Purple =  Recommended new definition inadvertently left out of the Reply Version
Yellow =  Edits arising from  a review undertaken by Aoraki Environmental Consultancy Ltd
Red  =  Edits responding to the specific matters identified in MInute 53
